Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RaiderMaids LLC and its licensors. RaiderMaids SM is a service mark of RaiderMaids LLC. "“Service mark” is defined as a word, name, symbol, or device, or any combination of those terms, used by a person to identify and distinguish the services of one person from the services of another; and indicate the source of the services." Tex. Bus. & Com. Code §16.001(8). See USPTO for "likelihood of confusion" when considering similar terms.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by RaiderMaids LLC.
RaiderMaids LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that RaiderMaids LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Termination
RaiderMaids reserves the right to refuse service or cancel future appointments at any time for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, excessive clutter, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. Clients may also cancel service at any time, subject to applicable cancellation fees.
All provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaiderMaids’ liability for any claim related to cleaning services is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
RaiderMaids may take before and after photos of your space for quality assurance, training, or promotional purposes. We take care to avoid including any personal or identifying information. If you prefer not to have photos taken, please notify us before your scheduled appointment.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Cleaning Day Preparation
To ensure the best results, we ask that surfaces (floors, countertops, tables, etc.) are reasonably clear of clutter prior to your cleaning.
If you would prefer assistance with organizing or tidying, we offer an hourly tidying service that can be added to your booking.
Areas that are not accessible due to clutter may not be cleaned.
Add-On Services
These services are available for an extra charge:
- Window (inside only) cleaning
- Wet wipe/detail blinds
- Clean inside oven
- Dishes
- Wet wipe/detail baseboards
- Inside of refrigerator
- Walls (Wiping down)
- Laundry
- Tidying/Pre Cleaning
Pets
We will gladly work around pets, we ask that indoor activity is limited for cleaning efficiency & safety reasons, if your pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, RaiderMaids LLC reserves the right to remove its providers from your home.
Our providers are instructed not to enter a house if they believe an animal is a threat, pets may behave differently if a family member is not present. If the removal of our cleaning provider is due to aggressive pets, our cancellation policy will apply.
Service Fees
Please remember we give these instant prices based on years of experience, but we may adjust the price based on the actual condition of the house. To ensure there are no surprises when we arrive & find that the job will require extra time we’ll call you to let you know if we are unable to reach you, the provider will have to leave & you will be charged the cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reevaluate rates at any time based on the time it takes to perform our service to meet the client’s standards, RaiderMaids LLC will contact the client to discuss price or service revisions if the cleaning time differs significantly.
Payments
Payments are made by credit card only.
A hold is placed on the card 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. The card is charged after the cleaning is completed.
If the hold cannot be processed, RaiderMaids reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

Getting Started: The Pre-Clean Walk-Through
Before we even lift a mop, we'll do a quick initial walk-through to make sure we're all on the same page about the job.
Just a Heads Up: Since we often give quotes sight unseen, sometimes we find a space is a bit different than expected. If we determine the original quote was off, we'll give you a call right away to chat about a new quote. The power is yours! You decide if you'd like us to move forward with the adjusted service.
The Finish Line: Your Post-Clean Inspection
🏡 If You're Home
When your home is sparkling, your team leader will invite you for a quick walk-through of your space. If you spot anything—even something small—that isn't quite right, just point it out! Your team will happily take care of it right then and there before they leave. Easy peasy!
🏃♀️ If You're Not Home
If you are not home during the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of any areas needing attention. We will return to address those items at no additional cost.
Simply send us a quick text, email, or call with a specific list of the areas or items you'd like us to touch up. Bonus points for sending photos or a quick video—they always help us understand exactly what you need! We will then happily schedule a free re-clean of those specific areas/items for you. We do not offer refunds after service has ben completed.
A Quick Note on Our Guarantee
Please note that once our cleaner has arrived at your property, we do not offer refunds. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is a firm commitment to getting the job done right and making sure you get the immaculate, worry-free clean you deserve.
Recurring Service Discount
Recurring discounts start AFTER the first cleaning service, if you skip cleanings so that your cleaning frequency is lower than what you were set up for, your price will be increased to the pricing level for the lower frequency
Rate Increases
Client’s cleaning rate adjustments may be made at any time during the year should there be changes to the frequency of the client’s established service schedule or home or living situation: remodel, change of address, number of people living in the home, a significant addition of furniture, etc. The customer’s rate shall be increased annually, by an amount not-to-exceed 10% of the client’s current rate.
Lockouts
If we are unable to access the home within 30 minutes of arrival, the appointment will be considered a lockout and charged at 100% of the service cost.
📅 Life Happens! Our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We totally get it—life is unpredictable, and plans change! We always aim to be flexible and accommodate you whenever possible.
However, when a cleaning is canceled at the last minute, it has a big impact on a few things:
- Our Team's Earnings: Our cleaners count on those bookings!
- Other Clients: It stops us from being able to offer that spot to another client who needs a clean.
That’s why we kindly ask for your consideration and as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Your cooperation allows us to keep our team happy and ensure every client can get the wonderful service they deserve!
Keeping Things Simple: Our Cancellation Notice Guidelines
To help us manage our schedule and avoid a fee for you, here’s the breakdown of when you need to let us know:
- 72 Hours (3 days) or More: Zero fee! Just let us know, and we’ll easily reschedule your service.
- Less than 72 Hours: A $50 fee will be applied.
- Less than 24 Hours: You will be charged 50% of the total booking price.
- Same-Day Cancellation or Lockout: 100% of the total booking price.
We appreciate your understanding! It helps us maintain a sustainable schedule so we can continue bringing that wonderful sparkle to homes across the area.
Alarm
If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure that it is in the off position or call our office with the code & proper directions for use. If the code should change please let us know so you do not incur a lockout charge.
Use of Homeowner’s Vacuum
If you request providers to use your vacuum, rather than the one they bring, we will not assume or accept any liability for damage to the unit. Since we are not responsible for the maintenance of the vacuum, we will not be responsible for any repairs to it. This is important because if the vacuum is not in working order when we arrive to clean your home, we will not be able to perform any vacuuming of carpet & hard floor surfaces (unless you make an exception for the cleaner's equipment to be used).
Cleaning Supplies
We provide the equipment & products needed to thoroughly clean your home, if you would like us to use your cleaning supplies, note that we are not responsible for any damage associated with those products. Most clients prefer we use their own toilet brush, and we are happy to accomdate this request. When special requests are made we ask that you have the cleaning chemicals & supplies ready so we can perform our cleaning service as efficiently as possible.
Items We Cannot Clean
Mold removal is a specialty, we cannot be liable for any mold-related risks in clients’ homes.
We cannot clean hoarding homes or areas containing any animals & humans’ body fluids, blood, feces, vomit, cat litter boxes, bird cages & urine, or excretions. Please note we do not provide bio-hazard cleaning services. We want to keep everyone safe, and that includes providers. There are multiple companies in the area that specialize in biohazard cleanup, they are better equipped to handle these tasks.
Unreachable Areas & Heavy items
For safety & liability reasons our providers can’t climb higher than a 2-step stool or work outside of your home. Cleaners can’t move objects more than 35 pounds, if you would like to clean behind heavy objects, please move prior to cleaning. Cleaners are aso not responsible for "pre-cleaning" meaning, they will do their best to work around clutter, but are not paid to pick up toys, books, laundry off the floor, etc. Cleaners will clean around, but will consider areas underneath as "unreachable". For tidying services (aka Pre-Cleaning) please reach out for current hourly rates. Before and After pictures are taken for quality assurance, so rest assured, cleaners are held to high expectations for the specific tasks they are paid to complete.
Breakage/Damage & Loss Policy
While an occurrence is rare, the possibility of breakage or damage is present while we clean. Our cleaners exercise reasonable care when cleaning your home, all providers carry insurance for damage or breakage caused by the provider.
We are not liable for damage that is caused by normal wear & tear, improper installation of an item in your home, artwork, collectibles, or family heirlooms not disclosed during the booking process, these items include but are not limited to the following
- Artwork, Collectibles & Family Heirlooms: These items are expensive & impossible to replace, the client should point out such items to us before starting service, please advise us how you would like your fragile items handled & their care.
- Laundry Bleeding: All laundry is washed in cold water and regular heat to avoid color bleeding, but as is the case with any laundry process it can happen.
- RaiderMaids uses an independent contractor which connects laundry professionals and customers for laundry services including pick up, delivery, washing, drying, and folding laundry. Users acknowledge that RaiderMaids does not oversee, direct, control, or otherwise scrutinize a washer’s work. Nor does RaiderMaids control the quality, timing, legality, or any other aspect provided. RaiderMaids is not responsible for any omissions or poor performance. RaiderMaids is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any laundry professional's work or performance.
- Laundry service cancellation within 24 hours will be charged the full rate. Please call for special circumstances.
- All items are kept together per customer laundry order, in the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged, the insurance policy will give you credit towards future laundry service at up to $35 per garment ($200 maximum per order).
- Plan covers used-value (70% of retail purchase price).
- Regarding shrinkage, there are many types of clothes that shrink when laundered. This is normal and to be expected. As advertised, we only wash laundry in cold water and dry in normal heat. There is no part of our laundering process that is unique to what you would do at home and that would cause shrinkage. That's not to say that clothes don’t shrink, but it's due to the construction of the clothes, the type of fabric, and the age of the garment, and other factors combined with a standard laundering process. We do not take responsibility for items that shrink and they are not covered under the protection plan.
- Regarding holes and tears: some garments will over time incur damage as a result of the normal laundering process and regular wear and tear. This would occur regardless of where the garment was laundered and is not covered under the Protection Plan. We are not responsible for holes or tears that occur as a result of the normal laundering process.
Notification must be made within 24 hours of breakage/loss of any personal items. Identical replacement is always attempted for items other than laundry, but not guaranteed.
Cleaners Arrival Window
We schedule our cleanings in an order that requires the least amount of drive time in an effort to maintain low prices & avoid trip fees, if you require a specific time we will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, no times are guaranteed.
We generally arrive within a 2 hour window period disclosed within your booking. If we are running late we will call you or text you.
Holidays
At this time, RaiderMaids LLC does not offer holiday visits.
If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule, the following holidays will be observed:
- Independence Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
House Key/Key Release
In the event the client chooses to leave a door unlocked or place a key under a mat or any other unsecured place for the cleaners to gain entry into the home, RaiderMaids LLC will not be held liable for any damages or theft to the client home.
Upon termination/cancellation of services, RaiderMaids LLC shall return any client key(s) in its possession no later than 48 hours after termination of services or the next business day.
Non-Solicitation of RaiderMaids LLC Providers
As our customer, we ask that you agree not to solicit for hire any of our providers to work directly for you. Our professional cleaners are vetted, background checked, and have experience as cleaners. Significant time, resources, & money are invested in each new provider before we allow them to enter our customers' homes.
Governing Law
Any claim relating to RaiderMaids LLC (RAIDERMAIDS SM) shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We have taken every effort to design our website to be useful, informative, helpful & honest, hopefully, we have accomplished that & would ask that you let us know if you would like to see improvements or changes that would make it even easier for you to find the information you need.
