Key Features of RaiderMaids' Laundry Service:

1.   Flexible Pricing Options: We offer competitive pricing options to suit your needs. Customers can choose between two convenient pricing tiers:

•     Next Day Service: $2 per pound

•     Same Day Service: $4 per pound

2.   Bundle and Save: Bundle our laundry service with any other RaiderMaids service, and you'll enjoy even greater savings! We offer a reduced rate for bundled services:

•     Next Day Service: $1.50 per pound

•     Same Day Service: $3 per pound

3.   Accurate Weight Measurement: We weigh your laundry after it is expertly washed, dried, and folded using precise scales. If you'd like to estimate the weight beforehand, you can use your regular household scale.

4.   Gentle Care: At RaiderMaids, we understand the importance of protecting your clothing. That's why we wash all laundry in cold water and dry it on low heat unless you specify otherwise.

5.    Detergent Included: RaiderMaids provides detergent for your laundry needs. If you prefer to use your own detergent, simply include it with your laundry, and we'll return any unused detergent with your clean clothing.

6.    Color Separation: We take the utmost care to separate whites and colors, to prevent your garments from color bleed. Please note, as with all laundry processes, we cannot guarantee color bleed prevention, but do launder in cold water and separate colors and whites to avoid this issue!

7.     Individualized Service: Your laundry is kept separate from other customers' to guarantee its safety and integrity.

How it works:

Select your service, same day or next day, tell us about how many hampers worth of laundry you’ll be needing laundered, then include the following in the Customer Notes section:

1. Detergent Choice: Premium-Scented, Hypoallergenic, or Provide Your Own. (If you choose to provide your own, remember to include it with the laundry and we will return any unused portion.)

2. Special Requests (no charge)

-Fabric Softener

We do not provide fabric softener, but are happy to use it upon request, customer will need to provide it.

-Hangers

If you'd like your clothes to be hung rather than folded, please provide the appropriate amount of hangers, and note this in your request. If only certain items will be hung up, please separate them into a different bag and label.

-Hang Dry

If you'd like certain items to skip the drier and be hung dry, please separate them into a different bag and label, this is only available for next day service.

3. How many (if applicable) oversized items you have (this includes comforters, large blankets, etc., and will be charged at $10/item, we will include this towards your minimum order amount. (Same Day minimum order is $80, Next Day minimum order is $40).

Then simply bag your items in garbage bags or laundry bags and place them on your porch for pickup!

Our laundry service does not look for or treat stains, we only offer washing, drying, and folding (or hanging) laundry. We also cannot accommodate XL items like King Sized Comforters at this time. If you have large items like blankets, we will charge $10 extra per oversized item.
